What We're Building
Carefully selected parcels along the ridgeline offer commanding views and natural seclusion. Each site will be thoughtfully sized to honor the terrain.
A significant portion of the community's footprint will remain untouched — permanent conservation land woven between homesites, forming natural corridors for wildlife.
A controlled-access entrance and private road system will ensure the quiet and security that residents expect. Community governance will be designed to maintain standards for generations.
The community is in early development. Initial phases will be limited in scope, giving founding residents an opportunity to shape the community's character alongside us.
